Chief Operating Officer
Mr John Bin Sindin was appointed Chief Operating Officer of Innoprise Plantations Berhad in 2022. He is a Member of the Incorporated Society of Planters and has close to 40 years of experience in oil palm plantation management.
He began his career in 1986 with BAL Plantation Sdn Bhd as a Cadet Planter and subsequently held various managerial positions before joining Kemabong Sdn Bhd as Estate Manager in 1997. In 2002, he joined TSH Resources Berhad, where he served in progressive roles including Estate Manager, Senior Estate Manager and Assistant General Manager until 2015.
Mr John joined Innoprise Plantations Berhad in 2015 as General Manager and was promoted to Chief Operating Officer in 2022. He is responsible for overseeing the Group’s plantation and milling operations, focusing on operational efficiency, agronomic performance and sustainable productivity.
He does not have any family relationship with any of the Directors and/or substantial shareholders of the Company.
He has had no directorship in the Company and any other public listed company. He does not have any conflict of interest or potential conflict of interest, including any interest in any competing business with the Company or its subsidiaries. He has had no conviction for offences (excluding traffic offences) within the past five years and has had no public sanction or penalty imposed by the relevant regulatory bodies during the financial year, which require disclosure pursuant to the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.

Chief Financial Officer
Ng Chee Fen was appointed as Chief Financial Officer of Innoprise Plantations Berhad in 2019. He also served as Executive Director cum Chief Financial Officer until 15 August 2025, when he relinquished his role as Executive Director to focus on his responsibilities as Chief Financial Officer.
He is a member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA) and a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).
He brings with him over 30 years of working experience in audit, plantation, industrial operations, and group financial management. Prior to joining the Company, he held positions with Ernst & Young (1997-2009), Kwantas Corporation Berhad (2010-2013), RT Plantations Sdn Bhd (2013-2016), SKT Perspektif Sdn Bhd (2016-2018) and Hoko Sdn Bhd (2018-2019).
He does not have any family relationship with any of the Directors and/or substantial shareholders of the Company.
He has had no directorship in any other public listed company.
